POSITIONS VACANT – SALESPERSON (EARTHMOVING EQUIPMENT)
HERCULES MACHINERY GROUP is seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our growing team at our Yatala office in Queensland.
With 36 years of experience supplying quality machinery solutions to the earth-moving industry, Hercules Machinery Group is expanding our product range and strengthening our market presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to grow with a well-established and respected business.
About the Role
This position is a hybrid role, combining:
- Office-based sales and customer support
- On-the-road sales, visiting existing clients and developing new business across QLD
You will be responsible for promoting and selling the Hercules Machinery Group product range, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales of earth-moving machinery and related products
- Managing and growing an existing customer base
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities
- Preparing quotes, following up leads, and closing sales
- Representing Hercules Machinery Group in a professional manner at all times
About You
- Proven experience in earth-moving machinery sales (essential)
- Strong knowledge of the Queensland earth-moving and construction market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence
